Noelle Curren CSCS, 200 RYT, holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island, where she first began teaching yoga in 2013. Noelle teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Yin, and myofascial release techniques. She has studied yoga for back care, yin yoga and is currently pursuing her 300 hour advanced yoga training with Yoga Medicine’s Tiffany Cruikshank. She has also studied with Pranja yoga teacher and Insight Yoga endorsed teacher Theresa Murphy and Yoga for Bad People’s Heather Lilleston.  In addition to her background in exercise science, anatomy, and functional training, Noelle has worked with practitioners of all skill levels, motivations and interests. Her approach to teaching is heavily influenced by her background in exercise science and her dedication as a practitioner. Noelle presents yoga’s teachings in a way that is accessible and approachable to the modern yogi. She is known for her humor, her enthusiasm, and her sincerity.
