Kick off the holiday season right, with meditation, movement and intention.
This 90 minute class will be thoughtfully sequenced to leave you feeling balanced and refreshed after the Thanksgiving and Black Friday excitement, so that you can get right back to it! Combat holiday fatigue, stress, and indulgence early on, without any of the guilt.
Class will start with a slow progression and work towards more fiery, metabolism boosting postures, and end with an extended savasana so you can really soak up all the yoga goodness your practice has to offer you.
All levels welcome!
Room will be moderate (approx. 85 to 90 degrees)
