Total Body Tune Up: Foot, Ankle, Lower Leg: This workshop will explore the intricacies of the foot, ankle, and lower leg. The foot, ankle, and lower leg are the basis of your foundation; they’re responsible for supporting your entire body (so take some time to be nice to them!) The foot alone consists of 26 bones, 33 joints, 107 ligaments, and 19 muscles and tendons! We will focus on strengthening and stretching these areas, go over common ailments, and how to use yoga to help them.
