Take a break from the doldrums of winter and take care of you. This restorative workshop is a sensory experience for the whole body. Gentle, slow movement, soothing music, candlelight, aromatherapy, and even warm stones.
Class will open with a mindful meditation followed by pranayama or breath work. The first half of class will consist of a slow paced flow to gently open up the body and prepare it for optimal relaxation. The second half of class will consist of restorative postures designed to fully relax the body and allow the mind to fall into a meditative state.
Class will be taught by two instructors, one teaching and one providing hands on assists to enhance postures. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, recharged, and completely revitalized.
Attendees will leave with a gift bag of special self-care items.
