Roll and Renew Workshop with Julie Shore

This 2 hour workshop will take you through the basics of both foam and ball rolling. Using both tennis balls and foam rollers as a modality for myofascial release (myo=muscle, fascia=a kind of connective tissue) to provide soft tissue conditioning. Expect a brief opening meditation to promote mindfulness and full body awareness. Followed by a carefully sequenced series that will travel up the body— an opportunity to sense how your muscles relate to one another while practicing valuable self care.
