Yoga and Ball Rolling for Runners and Cyclists

This 2 hour workshop will combine essential restorative yoga poses and ball rolling techniques for the avid cyclist/runner! Yoga is introduced to lengthen and strengthen the major muscle groups involved in running, cycling and strength training and ball rolling for soft tissue conditioning. Participants will utilize tennis balls as a modality for myofascial release (myo=muscle, fascia=a kind of connective tissue) to provide soft tissue conditioning.

Learn to incorporate both yoga and ball rolling into your training routine either as a part of your warm up, cool down, or recovery. All levels welcome, and no you do not need to be a runner or cyclist to join us!
