Yin and Myofascial Release

This workshop combines Yin style yoga with ball rolling for self-massage or myofascial release.
Yin yoga is a passive practice of long held postures that seek to target the body’s connective tissue. Ball rolling is a modality that
provides soft tissue conditioning using self-myofascial release. Using tennis balls or yoga therapy balls we will roll through common areas of tension as we move through an intelligently and thoughtfully sequenced yin practice. Through meditation, breathwork, postures, and ball rolling we will work to ease tension in the soft tissues creating a sense of overall ease in the body and mind.
