Yoga at the Wall

Beyond a little support in handstands, balancing postures, and legs up the wall, there are so many ways in which we can utilize a wall as a prop to shift our perspective and approach to commonly practiced postures. This class will explore a variety of both challenging and restorative postures, using the wall as our prop for the majority of class. Class will follow a balanced Vinyasa style progression accessible for all levels.
